LADC credentialing

Hello all. I am wondering how does everyone credentialing LADC provider types? And also how does this type of provider work with third party payers. I found out that MDHS doesn’t have this provider type to choose from on their provider enrollment form. Or can they only bill for their services through a program?
On another note can LADC providers bill for clinical services? (ex. within a MAT/SUD Program in a clinic setting)

We made the decision to NOT credential them a few years ago. We only have a couple and they were employed by HR. I found that only a few payors credentialed them.
