With MN Background study requirements….do another study if a provider is not practicing for greater than 120 days, what constitutes a leave of absence at your facility?

Do you have co-signature requirements for APRNs, PAs?

We do not have co-signature requirements for our PAs or APRNs. I am not sure what your background study question is referring to. I could be mistaken, but I thought that LOA rule of the Background study when away. And our Bylaws say anyone gone longer than 30 days needs to apply for an LOA. Stefanie Frank, Hutchinson
